Overall, our stay at the resort was relaxing and pleasant, with a beautiful setting by the beach and a clean pool area. The staff offered excellent service and made our dining experience memorable. However, the ongoing refurbishment caused some disruptions, and the room service could use improvement. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel! The stunning lagoon at the back and the secluded beach at the front provided a perfect backdrop for our wedding. The entire experience was elevated by the attentive service from the staff, especially Jayantha, who ensured everything went smoothly. However, not all experiences were ideal, as one family had a distressing situation regarding their accommodation during a sentimental time. Overall, it's a charming place to create wonderful memories.
